I graduated in May of
2005 with my MHSA. I worked as a Regional Service
Manager for Press Ganey Associates, Inc., the
largest provider of comparative patient satisfaction
information, with my territory covering the
states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida,
and Tennessee for a little over a year. I am
now Director of Customer Satisfaction with
Gwinnett Hospital in Lawrenceville Georgia.
Obtaining my degree through the MHSA program
at AASU gave me an insight and knowledge to
come into this field with a competitive advantage.
The knowledge I gained through my practicum
experience as well as the rigorous classroom
work has made me a more competitive applicant
for positions in the healthcare administration
arena and a more confident applicant because
I know that the people I gained my knowledge
from are some of the best there are.
