Katherine A. Durso received her Ph.D. in Epidemiology from Yale University where she studied at the schools of medicine, law, and management, specializing in medical care financing, economics and policy. Prior to that, she received a master’s degree in Community Health Education from New York University, with a specialization in addictive diseases. In addition to teaching, Dr. Durso’s professional experience includes consulting and analysis in the areas of disease management, corporate health promotion and prescription drug utilization. She is currently a Senior Analytic Consultant with Ingenix Employer Solutions, a national data analysis and consulting firm.
